Pool & Spa Compliance Certificates
If you're planning to sell or lease a residential property with a pool or spa after April 29, 2016, you are required to have a valid Pool Compliance Certificate or Non-Compliance Certificate to include in the Contract for Sale or Contract for Lease before listing your property.
